Collaboration Engineer

Are you an IT professional specializing in cloud-based collaboration solutions? Elevate GO is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to design, implement, and manage solutions for businesses. This role involves working with IT teams and end-users to ensure platforms like Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) are configured, utilized, and maintained efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customized Workspace solutions for business needs, considering security, scalability, collaboration, and compliance.
  • Create, manage, and configure user accounts and groups in Workspace, ensuring appropriate access to resources and data security.
  • Manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources used by Workspace, such as Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and App Engine.
  • Provide technical support to Workspace users, helping them resolve issues, use features effectively, and adopt best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training courses to users on Workspace features, helping them become productive with the tools.
  • Implement security and compliance measures to protect business data and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor Workspace performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource usage to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and other cloud collaboration platforms.
  • Understanding of networking, security, and IT systems administration principles.
  • Capability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with IT and non-IT users.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and end-users to achieve common goals.
