Sales & Account Manager
We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join our Sales team in Milan.
The role involves:
- Identifying opportunities for new clients and managing acquired clients.
- Participating in sales strategy definition and implementation activities.
- Collaborating with the technical team of Cloud experts to collect requirements, define and formalize technical-commercial offers to present to clients.
- Presenting commercial offers.
- Ensuring customer loyalty through constant after-sales activities.
- Consulting and providing assistance for Google cloud solutions, Workspace, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Supporting administrative activities associated with customer management.
- Availability for short commercial visits to client companies in the area.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Interest in the IT sector and basic knowledge of Google solutions (Workspace/Gsuite).
- Familiarity with Cloud terminology and themes.
- Excellent relational skills and predisposition to negotiation.
Additional qualifications
- Preferred experience in customer relations (help desk/pre-sales/post-sales).
- Strong organizational autonomy and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative and customer orientation.
- Understanding stakeholders' needs.
- Ability to work in a team.
